I had so much fun today! From the very first second after I opened my eyes in the morning, until the last second before I slept, I felt really great today. Sabi nga ni Shella, "parang ang daming nangyari ngayon."

From 7:30 am hanggang 1:30 pm, as usual we had classes: sts, speech and physics (sheesh physics!) though physics is not that bad today. haha.
While waiting for our prof in physics, we we're deciding kung saan kami pupunta kasi at 6pm, manonood kami ng concert sa school. Un nga kasi andun ang moonstar 88 and of course, parokya :D The options were: gateway, St. Jude or ... sa bahay. UNFORTUNATEY, sa bahay ang bagsak namin! So yun we went there after classes.

I think it's around 9pm when moonstar 88 started playing. They played only 2-3 songs I think. I can't remember. Then Parokya Ni Edgar followed. Damn. Nag-enjoy ako. haha. unlike last year ... sheesh. though ok naman. well ewan!
(sorry bigla ako tinamad mag-blog.)

After Parokya's 2nd song, umuwi na kami ni Shella. Mga 10pm na siguro yun eh uwi pa kami ng Sta. Mesa. haha. nag-ubernyt siya sa house then sabay kaming pumasok sa (manila zoo) for the community. haha. Aun.

The end!

(So much for biglang shift ng mood.)

phc-video

We ran out of time for our concept 2 in phc so our lecturer decided to give us some video shooting to do about the teaching plan we were suppose to role play in school. We had to give it to her in a cd together with its paperworks.

It was Wednesday and it's our free day but unfortunately, we have to go to school and attend a class meeting for our community service on Saturday. The meeting started from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. After eating lunch, I told my group na magkita-kita kami in gate 3 of FEU.

It was 12:30 when we're finally complete and so off we went sa bahay :D

Basta ang saya. Ang pinakamaraming takes lang nagawa namin for a single scene eh mga 4 lang kaya natapos namin ng maayos naman.

We were finished by 4:00pm. The others left earlier when some of them stayed longer for voice recording. While waiting for Jeff to finish the work, some of my classmates decided na mag-shot daw kasi type daw nila yung table set ng dad ko sa labas ng bahay. haha. Kaya ayun. They bought themselves something to drink.

Great job guys!

FEU Battery Exam! Now or Never!

This is it! This is really is it!

We took our batt exam december last year. I can't say that the exam was easy ... nor hard. What creeps me out was the fact that I didn't finish answering up to the end and that I had shaded letters randomly before the proctor came to get my paper.

(Sheesh! How we hated him! The exam was suppose to be until 12:00nn! It's only 10 something am when he told us to pass our papers. Malay ko ba kung bakit yun nagmamadali! aynaku!)

The results were expected to be released on February 2009 pa. So medyo pa-easy easy pa ang lahat, not bothering to think of it ... yet. haha.

It was just this week that the news came out na na-release na daw yung result. This week was a pit of hell for every 2nd year ahse student of feu! We were so nervous that we can't even decide if kukunin na namin yung papers o mamaya na. haha. Good thing, kinuha ng sec. coor. namin yung papers and sabay sabay na ididistribute during our phc class.

kanina, during our phc, our concept 3 lecturer told us na wala pa daw binibigay sa kanyang papers. And that maybe sa saturday na daw ibibigay yun during our community. When we were about to be dismissed (well actually dismissed na kanina pero wala pang lumabas), our sec. coor. entered the room, holding a bundle of papers! eeek! judgment day!

I was so nervous waiting for my name to be called para kunin yung papel ko. When I was called finally, I immediately looked at my papers with full hope! And to my relief, I think I passed :D

Kaiser told me that the passing percentage is 75. I got 91 :D with a standard score of 634 saying that I belong in the "superior" in QI.

Happy for now. Batt exam is only A requirement for entering the 3rd and 4th level. We still have to undergo an interview (with the dean daw?) and weigh our GWA.

Kaya yan! Kaya! Kakayanin! Haha!

My BIG Night

October 30, 2008. I woke up with excitement thinking that tonight would be the night we've all been waiting for. Everyone in the house - and in the neighborhood - were excited for the dusk because it would be the signal of the start of the party.

Early in the morning, everyone is preparing for the event. My tita, who is in charge of the food and table setting, and her crew were already at the venue to set the tables. The people in charge of the balloon decorations arrived later then started doing their part.

We were all excited! After lunch, we started with the hair and make-up. It wasn't long before the sun set. And we were off to Teatro Ilocandia, MMSU Batac where my debut party will be held.

As we approach the entrance, I saw my friends taking pictures eagerly at the entrance of the theater. They were all dressed up for the event. I can see that they're also excited for tonight's party.

As I entered, friends and relatives and more friends came to greet me a happy birthday and some beso-beso. It was 7:00 pm when the program began.

It started with an introduction about me. After that, I marched through the red carpet with my escort, my brother. Behind us were my dad and mom.

I sat in the middle of the stage as they showed the powerpoint presentation - which I made myself - showing my metamorphosis since birth.

Traditional 18's followed althroughout the program. I had my 18 candles, 18 roses and 18 treasures.

I also had my grand cotillion, which was waltz, and another dance number, this time, swing.

The food served, they say, was really good. I never get the chance to get myself something to eat because I didn't even felt hungry that time. I guess I was too excited to eat anything. My mom just gave me a plate of food, which I can't even finish. haha. There was a sushi bar and lots and lots of beer. My friends even thought na parang js prom daw yung debut ko, which I understood as FUN. For me, it means that they had fun during that night.

After the program, the dancing part followed. My friends and I were goofing around the stage wih the balloons, gifts and cakes.

From this event, I made new friends. It feels like it was a bonding moment for teenagers like us.

I officially turned 18 on November 04, 2008. The celebration was ahead of my real birthday because classes would have resumed by that time.

I had so much fun and I am so thankful to my mom and dad for making it possible!

New Year's blog

Last Christmas break, I went home in Paoay to celebrate Christmas and New Year. There's nothing much to do there actually bacause some of my friends are here in Mnaila and the others went to other places where they would also celebrate the holidays.
Nag-eenjoy akong mag-simbang gabi though I never had a chance to complete the 9 mornings :c ... it's either may nababangaang sched or likas lang talaga na antukin ako (sabi nga ni romel haha.)

On the 24th of december last year, nag-midnight mass kami and inupakan ang noche buena. We didn't really have much and fancy food on the table. We even forgot to buy keso de bola. haha. We don't mind anyway :D

On the 25th, we had a christmas party sa bahay nila wawa Lita. It's probably a family get-together or something like that. hehe. Every family brought food for everybody. We had gift-giving, games and lots of dancing.

On the 26th, it's my dad's birthday. The celebration was mostly on the previous night ... well midnight na siguro. We had dinner at McDo kasama mga pinsan ko. Too bad tumaas ang bp ni tita Lea that time so nagtake-out nalang kami for her.

December 31, 2008 nag-midnight mass ulit kami. After that ... we went home and aun. I can say it's a pangit new year. haha. But I'll do me very best to make this year not as bad as it started. toinks.

Happeee New Year friends!
